Manufacturer: Parth Category: Skin Substance: Azithromycin Package: 500mg 3 pills
Azab 500 is an antibacterial drug called Azithromycin, which has a wide spectrum of action. The composition of 1 Azithromycin tablet includes: azithromycin dihydrate (at a concentration of 500mg of azithromycin), anhydrous lactose, croscarmellose sodium, anhydrous colloidal silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, corn starch, potassium polucrilin and hypromelose. The macrolide antibiotic can be prescribed to treat many infections such as tonsillitis, sinusitis and urethritis. In bodybuilding it is used to prevent infections in the skin linked to steroid injections or steroid acne.
Indications for the use of Azab 500 are as follows:
Azithromycin is a broad-spectrum antibiotic that has a bactericidal effect when it forms high concentrations in the inflammatory focus. Due to its stability in acidic environment and lipophilicity, this preparation is quickly absorbed from the digestive tract. The highest concentration in the blood plasma reaches 0.4 mg / l after an average of 2.5 hours. Its bioavailability is 37%.
Azithromycin easily penetrates the respiratory tract, skin, soft tissues, as well as tissues and organs of the urogenital tract (especially the prostate gland). As a result of low binding of Azithromycin to blood plasma proteins, as well as its ability to penetrate into eukaryotic cells, localizing in a low pH environment that surrounds lysosomes, the drug reaches a sufficiently high concentration in tissues and has a relatively long half-life. The elimination of intracellular pathogens is directly influenced by the ability of the drug to concentrate in lysosomes. After the delivery of Azithromycin to the sites of infection, its release occurs during phagocytosis. At the localization of infection, the concentration of the drug is much higher than in healthy tissues, and also depends on the degree of inflammatory edema. It should be noted that the drug does not have a significant effect on the work of phagocytes.
Due to its preservation in bactericidal concentrations in the inflammatory focus within five to seven days after the last dose, it became possible to develop short courses of treatment consisting of three to five days. The removal of the drug from the blood plasma consists of two stages. The duration of the half-life is 14-20 hours in the interval from 8 to 24 hours after the administration of the drug. The second stage is 41 hours in the interval from 24 to 72 hours. Thus, this drug can be taken only once a day. Another advantage of the drug is that it is tolerated by patients much better than the penicillin series (macrolides are considered the least toxic antibiotics).
According to the instructions, Azab 500 mg tablets are taken orally once a day, one hour before meals or two hours after it.
For an infection of the respiratory tract, skin (steroid acne) and soft tissues, adults are prescribed 500mg on the first day and 250mg on subsequent days (2 to 5 days). Also, a reception schedule of 500mg for 3 days is possible.
For the treatment of Lyme disease (borreliosis) in the initial stage, Azithromycin is prescribed 1g on the first day, then 500mg.
All antibiotics intended for the treatment of angina take a ten-day course. Azithromycin is an exception to this rule and it is prescribed for 3-5 days. Adults weighing more than 45kg are prescribed to take 500mg per day.
Azithromycin for sinusitis is taken according to one of the following schemes:
If, for some reason, the admission was missed, the next dose is taken as soon as this circumstance is discovered, and the next dose is taken at 24-hour intervals.
If simultaneous administration of antacid agents is taken with Azithromycin, then the interval between taking drugs should be at least 2 hours.
The drug is not recommended for patients with hypersensitivity to macrolide antibiotics. In addition, the drug is administered with extreme caution to patients with severe impairment of kidney and liver function. In most cases, Azithromycin is not prescribed to women during pregnancy and lactation. The drug can be appointed only in the case when the benefit of using the product exceeds the potential risk. Also, the drug is administered with extreme caution to patients with an indication of allergic reactions in the anamnesis.
The most common side reaction of Azithromycin use is diarrhea or loose stools. Less common negative effects of Azab 500 include blistering, crusting, irritation, itching, or reddening of the skin, cracked, dry, or scaly skin, fever or swelling.

I’ll always throw a few packs of these azabs into my cart when I place an order at alpha pharma. Now I’ll only get a few pimples when I’m taking a load of juice at once.

I was literally spending hours a day washing my whole body and using all these expensive skin products to try get rid of the crazy acne I get while on cycle. Didn’t realise you’ve got to fight it from the source until a buddy explained it to me. These pills are literally the same as antibiotics you get from a doc but so much cheaper.

Had no idea that azab 500 could reduce steroid acne. I thought it was just one of those things you gotta deal with if you take roids! I been taking 1 pill daily throughout my test cycles and haven’t had a pimple since.
